An Unusual Playroom...
Art collectors Christian Boros and his wife Karen Lohmann have turned a former Berlin bunker into a museum with a fashionable penthouse on top. The play area shown here belongs to their son Anton. Most of you will question where the joy is in this odd space; understandable with its concrete walls and haunting minimalism. Still, I find the space captivating -- and yes, a bit surreal. I especially like how the salvaged lintel from an aristocratic home reduces the height of the space.

JCT Kitchen & Bar...
We recently enjoyed an incredible lunch at JCT Kitchen & Bar in Atlanta. The handsome dining rooms were the perfect combination of both rustic and refined elements. Exposed brick, weathered woods, pristine whites, and subtle fabrics created a beautifully relaxed atmosphere and set the scene for tables of delicious food.
